it was a well-maintained hotel in an industrial area, not far from food outlets, and the bus stop to manhattan. very very helpful and amicable venue staff helped us with directions. the room was exceptionally clean and the bathroom spacious.

As youngsters, we really enjoyed the affordable price and comfortable beds at this property. The Jitney bus to the city was convenient and only cost $3.25. The nearby Dunkin Donuts was a great bonus.

We felt welcomed into the family, no complaints.

The room was extremely spacious. The bathroom was clean and had a shower, hairdryers, and towels. Check-in was easy. The location was marvelous, so close to the Lincoln Tunnel, the bus stop, and Broadway.

This hotel was pretty clean and tidy. But its location was on the way, that's why there was a noise around there. Finally, it was too close to NY and I recommend this hotel to my friends, good place for its price.

I chose this hotel because it offered free parking and was a short distance from Manhattan. The rooms were spacious and clean, and the staff were friendly. The location was great, with easy access to buses that took us into the city in just 20 minutes. I also appreciated the free breakfast and the affordable price of the hotel.

Near to trip to New York

absolutely nothing, very dangerous staircase, I fell trying to carry my luggage up it and was given no help from the hotel staff even though they saw me fall. There was no close public transport, no close restaurants, no dining at hotel. Very dirty area . Definately would have asked for a refund if booking would have allowed, will not book through your company again if this is the type of hotel you put people into.

The room was spacious and had a flat-screen TV with cable channels, climate control, and an individual safe, which were very convenient. The bathroom had bathtubs, which was a nice feature.

The staff was friendly and helpful, free on-site parking, room had fridge and microwave, black out curtains in the evening.

Don't have any issues at all.

Bedbugs room smelled badly

To much construction on Tonnelle Ave and you could only go right out of the hotel. We did not feel like we could walk to any restaurants or shops. Was not the best location.
